Kotor. Set along the Bay of Kotor. Kotor is a historic coastal town with a mountain backdrop and scenic waterfront. It appeals to those seeking beauty and walkability.

Tivat. Located on the Bay of Kotor. Tivat is one of Montenegro’s most international coastal towns. Marina developments and modern amenities attract those looking for a seaside lifestyle.

Budva. One of Montenegro’s most popular coastal destinations. Budva has beaches, nightlife, restaurants, and a lively summer atmosphere. It appeals to expats who want an active seaside city. But crowds and prices rise significantly during peak season.
